Established in April 1990, Martin Computer Systems was formerly a hardware/networking company.

After Dot.com Era, the company has been re-formed to "Cypher Martin Systems Limited" in February 2001 as an eInfrastructure, networking, system-integrator (now as a system-convergence) and eSecurity solutions provider.

With competence for products and solutions of Networks & Internet Access, Enterprise Anti-virus & eSecurity, VoIP & IPT (or Cisco's "Unified Communications") in HK but also in the Southern China, SH, BJ of PRC and Macau SAR.
